Pre-Press

We are using Fuji Process-less Plates alongside their very latest XMF Digital Workflow Systems to produce pre-press for our printing department.
Using an open workflow allows us the flexibility to accept client files in various formats, streamlining the production of digital proofs and CTP Imaging.
We constantly monitor and calibrate our digital proofing systems to give consistent colour reproduction ensuring proofs are a close match to your finished print.

Print

Shanleys print services offer a wide range of printing options to suit all types of design. We currently operate 2 x 10 colour Heidelberg printing presses with CIP4 technology to control print consistency. We also run the latest Xerox Iridesse 6 colour digital press with inline booklet maker for shorter runs or quicker turnarounds, where the highest quality is still required.
Therefore, we can plan your print to go on the right press based on colour, print finish, paper, quantity and turnaround.

Finishing

We operate a comprehensive finishing facility inhouse for folding, collating, trimming, stitching & binding. This means we can ensure that all print is finished to a high standard and backed up by our stringent quality control procedures.
In the cases where we can not finish inhouse we have strong partnerships with specialist services providers who work to our same quality standards.
After your print has been finished we can plan your delivery. We offer a full storage and call-off Management Service which delivers nationally. We will even organise mailings and tracking of your print by the most cost effective solution.
